1. How we process your personal information: general principles
We follow the principles of lawfulness, fairness, necessity, good faith and data minimization. We process personal information only to the extent necessary for clear and reasonable business purposes.
Without your express consent, we do not collect personal information unrelated to core functions on first launch or in unrelated circumstances. If you do not consent or withdraw consent, we stop the relevant processing and provide equivalent basic services where technically feasible.
Third-party SDKs, including those for analytics, advertising conversion and fraud prevention, are initialized only after you expressly consent through the privacy-policy consent dialog. Without consent, they are not initialized and do not collect information.
We do not collect personal information frequently or at excessive frequency. Functions involving a single read, such as crash-log reporting, are triggered once only when necessary.
Anonymous website CTA counts
To assess whether the website's product and contact links are effective, we record one anonymous count when you click them. Each count contains only the event name, link identifier, canonical page path, broad source category and a session identifier randomly regenerated each day. Original UTM parameters in the URL are not recorded; only the presence of campaign parameters and a small set of controlled medium types are converted into source categories.
These counts do not use cookies or read contact-form content. The dedicated count records do not store names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, browser identifiers or full referring URLs, and do not identify you across days. Raw anonymous counts are retained for up to 90 days and then deleted. Daily aggregate statistics without personal identifiers may be retained for up to 24 months.
2. Information we collect and use: types, purposes and circumstances
A. Account and basic profile information you provide
Used for registration, sign-in, account recovery and basic services.
- Nickname, profile picture, gender, region and language settings;
- Account-linking method: phone number, email address or third-party platform identifier.
Consequences of declining: registration cannot be completed or some functions may be limited.
B. Device and network information necessary to provide and safeguard services
Device model, operating-system version, screen resolution, manufacturer, system language, network type, carrier, app version, crash and performance logs, request timestamps and anonymized device-environment metrics.
Purposes: operational security and stability, troubleshooting, deduplication for statistics, abuse prevention and protection against attacks.
Limits: used only for security and quality purposes, not for precise individual profiling or commercial trading.
C. Usage logs for product improvement
Opening and closing times, page clicks and time spent, error codes and crash stacks.
Purposes: improving the product experience, capacity planning and troubleshooting.
Frequency controls: recorded only when an interaction occurs; no cross-app linking.
Important statement: no collection by default
Unless you expressly consent within the relevant function, we do not collect the following sensitive information by default:
- Unique device identifiers such as IMEI, IMSI, MEID and device MAC addresses;
- Lists of installed apps;
- Lists of installed package names;
- Precise location (GPS);
- Contacts, text messages, call history, calendars, photo-library or audio/video content, and the device's phone number;
- 5G-related core-network identifiers such as SUPI and SUCI.
If such collection becomes necessary in the future, it will be enabled only within the relevant function and after your consent. We will provide an option to disable it at any time and equivalent alternatives.
3. Third-party SDK information and list
We integrate third-party SDKs into the app for functions such as sign-in, analytics and stability monitoring. All SDKs follow the principles of minimum necessary use, on-demand activation and the ability to disable them at any time; they are initialized after your consent. The latest version and links to their official privacy policies are available under Settings > Privacy Policy in the app.

2. JPush SDK
Developer: 深圳市和讯华谷信息技术有限公司.
Information collected: device model, operating-system version, app version, device identifiers (Android ID and OAID), network type and IP address; Wi-Fi information (SSID and BSSID) and MAC address; approximate and precise location (only with your consent and location permission enabled); installed-app lists (for fraud prevention and push-channel quality detection); push-delivery status, crash logs and exception logs.
Purposes: providing push notifications, ensuring accurate and stable delivery, preventing fraud and analyzing notification performance.
Background wake-up and automatic startup: to ensure timely delivery, after you expressly consent to this Privacy Policy and enable notification permissions, the JPush SDK may wake or start the app process in the background, within the operating system's permitted mechanisms, to receive and display notifications. This occurs only in connection with push messages and is not used for unrelated purposes. If you disable system notification permissions or push notifications in the app, we will no longer trigger background wake-up or automatic startup in this way, to the extent the system allows.

4. Permissions and their purposes
- Storage (read/write): caching logs and saving content and profile pictures you choose to download. Declining does not affect core use.
- Notifications: message alerts; you can disable them at any time in system settings.
- Camera, microphone and photo library (optional): content you choose to capture or upload. Permission is not requested if you do not use these functions.
- Location (optional): requested only when you use location-based recommendations or activity displays. Permission is not requested otherwise.
We do not invoke permissions in the background, without your awareness or outside reasonable business circumstances. Necessary background wake-ups, such as those for push notifications, require your express consent and are explained in this policy.
5. Sharing, transfers and public disclosure
Sharing: we share the minimum necessary data with partners, such as cloud-computing and SMS providers, only when required to provide a function. Contracts restrict processing to the specified purpose and prohibit secondary use.
Transfers: in a merger, division, restructuring or similar event, we require the recipient to remain bound by this policy; otherwise, we seek your consent again.
Public disclosure: as a rule, we do not publicly disclose personal information. Disclosure required to fulfill a legal obligation is handled according to minimization and anonymization principles.
6. Storage location and retention
Storage location: within China. If cross-border transfers are involved, we will obtain your express consent separately and inform you of the purpose, scope, recipient and opt-out mechanism.
Retention: limited to the shortest period necessary to fulfill the purpose, after which information is deleted or anonymized. You may request deletion of your information or account at any time.
7. Your rights and how to exercise them
As a user, you have the following rights:
- Access: you may access the personal information we collect about you;
- Correction: you may correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- Deletion: subject to applicable law, you may request deletion of your personal information;
- Withdrawal of consent: you may withdraw authorization at any time; doing so may affect some functions.
8. Protection of minors
We take the protection of minors' personal information seriously, particularly for those under 14. If you are a minor, use the Platform with your guardian's consent and guidance. We do not improperly induce you to provide information unrelated to the service. Guardians may exercise relevant rights through the channels provided in this policy.
9. AI-generated content and limitations of responsibility
